The Dickross Opportunity Foundation will serve as many Liberian community members as possible with the resources we have available. Every individual is important to our organization and we will not discriminate against anyone. By offering services that are concentrated on serving those less fortunate and addressing the greatest needs of our target community, we can make a positive contribution in helping the individuals we work with lead a more fulfilling life.
In our efforts to help impoverished Liberians, we will employ the following strategies:
- The payment of education fees for underserved children in already visited and identified countries in Africa.
- Relieving economic hardships, which impaired the learning environment in the war-ravaged countries of Liberia, Sierra Leone and Ivory Coast.
- Empower children as the future leaders of nations/communities and give them opportunities to learn and lead a better future.
- To become the voice for the voiceless and a foundation with a message of positive change for our future generations.
- To promote and establish a wide variety of agricultural services and activities in Liberia, supporting the production of lowland and upland rice farming, vegetable production, and the training of farmers in various agriculture disciplines.
All activities and operations within our organization are overseen by a group of well-qualified individuals. Our diverse volunteers have ties to the community, and thus possess the unique ability to connect with our target demographic. In addition, our board of directors is comprised of a professional group of talented individuals who are dedicated to committing their time and resources into providing the highest quality of programs and services.
